Ms. Weiland's diverse experience in real estate and insurance management has spanned nearly four decades including agency management, benefit coordination, securites, syndication and customer relations. A major strength her keen ability to expediently assess, react and manage while effectively communicating and interfacing with people of all social and professional strata. Ms. Weiland is renowned for her honesty, integrity, professionalism, camaraderie and diplomacy.
Ms. Weiland believes in continually furthering her professional education. She studied business, risk management and related professional courses at universities in Illinois, Ohio and Idaho, culminating in earning both her Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration degrees in Training & Leadership. Ms. Weiland also currently holds multiple industry and related professional credentialing including 22 state insurance licenses and provides daily supervison, training & general guidance as a Senior Member Services Specialist with one of the nation's premier insurance corporations.
Ms. Weiland has always been active in professional and community organizations, strongly believing in giving back to her community by serving on their board of directors - including being elected president of several organizations. The recipient of continuous awards, including REALTOR Associate-of-the-Year, Toastmaster of-the-Year and others, Ms. Weiland maintains a pursuit of excellence and professionalism. She served five consecutive years on the statewide District Executive Committe for Toastmasters District 66 including Public Relations Officer, District Secretary (twice) and as an award-winning Distinguished Eastern Division Governor and President's Distinguished Area Governor. Ms. Weiland is currently serving District 84 in Florida as Area 93 Governor. A regular participant and award-winner in local speech and evaluation contests, Ms. Weiland is also a regular instructor at Toastmasters training seminars and leadership conferences.

For the past 36 years, Mr. Weiland's experience has stretched from Pennsylvania to Florida, originally intending on settling among the shady Magnolias and sandy beaches of Virginia, but recently pulled up stakes and set his sights on the West Coast of the Sunshine State. Specializing in business management and motivational training, he was intesively involved in communication, leadership and educational presentations within the Southeastern Virginia business community, developing specialized programs for such prestigious firms as The Founders Inn & Conference Center, AMERIGROUP Corporation, Murray Guard, Top Guard and Toastmasters District 66. An award-winning professional for leadership excellence at district, division and regional-level management, his most recent accomplishments were achieving "Distinguished Area 13 Governor, 2006-07" for District 66 Toastmasters, following on the heels of "President's Distinguished Eastern Division Governor, 2005 - 06". Now, his concentration lies on the Tampa Bay Area, where he is already forging new professional and business relationships with prestigious organizations such as AMC Tampa and The Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Having successfully served in various administrative management capacities, most with a collateral responsibility for occupational education & performance enhancement, Mr. Weiland earned state credentialing by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services, International Association for Healthcare Safety & Security and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has served in executive posiitons of Asst. Corporate General Manager, Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Training for several regional corporations in Virginia. Mr. Weiland studied at several small colleges & universities in Pennsylvania and Idaho, earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and MBA in Training & Development. He also is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), the highest communication & leadership credentialing of Toastmasters International.
Possessing a keen sense of interpersonal communication within all business and social strata, extensive business acumen plus an animated, humorous delivery style, Mr. Weiland enjoys being associated with community and professional organizations, holding past and present board of directors positions in many. He has served in both community volunteer and professional emergency services, including a four-year term in state law enforcement. He was well-known as a regular guest speaker for community service clubs and professional organizations in northwestern Pennsylvania while being active in Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees and Kiwanis in the 1970's and 80's. Mr. Weiland served five consecutive years on the Toastmasters District 66 Executive Council. He was recently elected as Division 84's Division I Governor and continues to be a regular instructor at Toastmasters seminars and leadership conferences. He also currently is one of the Florida representatives for the speakers bureau of L.E.A.P., a non-profit organization of law enforcement and legal professionals. Prior to the recent reolcation southward, Mr. Weiland was providing start-up, organizational and development consutling to several new companies in the Tidewater, VA area. He currently devotes a good portion of weekly business to consulting and speaking in the Tampa/St. Petersburg Area.
